AccredNet to Welcome Gordon Graham as Speaker at Upcoming 2023 Conference

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – Chair Harry J. Delgado and the AccredNet Leadership Team are pleased to highlight the speakers being featured at the 2023 AccredNet Conference.

This year’s conference will take place May 17-19 at the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City.

Gordon Graham will speak on Thursday, May 18. Graham is a 33-year veteran of law enforcement and the co-founder of Lexipol, for which he serves on the board of directors.

Graham is a risk management expert and a practicing attorney who has presented a common sense risk management approach to hundreds of thousands of public safety professionals around the world.

While serving as a field sergeant, Graham started to combine his legal education and experience, along with his graduate education in risk management, to develop processes designed to improve the quality of law enforcement. His early work included developing the “Five Pillars of Success” – which today serves as the foundation of Lexipol.

At the AccredNet Conference, Graham will speak on accreditation and risk management — specifically, how accreditation is vital to the creation of a high-reliability organization. Graham frames his programs around the importance of understanding risk and integrating real risk management into everything agencies do. Through the program, attendees will understand how to better identify risks through accreditation and how they can mitigate those risks within their organizations.

The session will be sponsored by Lexipol, which serves more than 2 million public safety and government professionals with a range of informational and technological solutions to meet the challenges facing those industries. Lexipol’s mission is to use content and technology to create safer communities and empower the individuals and organizations that serve them.

Information on additional scheduled speakers will be shared leading up to the conference.
